With more than fifteen years of operations leadership experience in corporate America and over nine years consulting in Organizational Development and Change, Dr. Addo has established himself as a trusted voice in leadership, workforce strategy, and organizational effectiveness. His work focuses on helping organizations align people, culture, and strategy to drive sustainable performance and long-term impact.
Known for combining strategic insight with practical execution, Dr. Addo’s approach is grounded in the belief that the success of any organization is ultimately shaped by the quality of its leadership, culture, and decision-making. Through his consulting, speaking, and writing, he has advised leaders and teams on how to create environments that strengthen engagement, improve retention, and position organizations for enduring success.
His global leadership perspective has been shaped in part through his involvement in leadership initiatives connected to the United Nations, where he contributed to programs focused on leadership development and sustainable impact. In addition, he has served as a college professor, teaching management and leadership while mentoring the next generation of emerging leaders and professionals.
Dr. Addo holds a Doctor of Management in Organizational Development and Change from Colorado Technical University.
